The following grasses are available as Roll-on-lawn:
Gulf Green® ( Cynodon dactylon x Cynodon transvaalensis )
Gulf Green® is a hybrid which has been developed by SUPERLAWN. This grass has become very popular because of its great adaptility to most climatic conditions. Gulf Green® grows extremely fast which is advantageous to beat weeds and other grasses. Trials have proven that it will withstand drought conditions better than other grasses. The grass has a fine leaf and is brilliant green in colour.
Buffalo ( Stenophrum secundatum )
Buffalo grass is a coarse, hardy perennial which creeps by stolons only and forms a dense, bright green sward. The grass grows well in sun and is able to grow in semi shade areas and is often mixed with Berea grass where it will be dominated in shade and dominate in sun.
Berea / LM grass ( Dactyloctenium australe )
Berea grass is indigenous to South Africa. It is a stoloniferous perennial which forms a dense sward. It is fairly broad leaved and it's leave margins have a twisted appearance. It can handle semi-shade areas quite well and is often mixed with Buffalo grass where it will be dominated in sun and dominate in shade.
